Funding

Below are links to the DfE parental declaration for parents to claim their free funded hours from the government.

This form must be completed by the parent who is claiming the free hours.

This form can be completed at the school office (printed copies are available) or returned to school via email adminoffice@croftonannedale-inf.hants.sch.uk
